Youth Classes

• Our 10 Month Classes run from September 5th - June 13th 

• Classes will perform one number in our Christmas Show and another in our Spring Musical.  

• Students are not required to participate in the performances but are highly encouraged

• The last 10 - 15 minutes of class are used to prepare for the show to ensure class instruction time remains consistent.

• Christmas Show: December 8th & 9th (Performance Fee: $40 costume/dry cleaning)

• Spring Musical: June 14th & 15th (Performance Fee: $80 take home costume & show shirt)

10 Month Class Descriptions & Dress Code

Class students have the option to perform one number in our Spring Musical, Frozen Jr!

Fairy Tale Ballet: ages 3 - 5  | Mondays, 5:15 - 6:00 pm | $65 per month

Your little prince or princess will be introduced to beginning ballet positions and terminology through fairy tale themed songs and activities that foster creativity and imagination. 

• Dress Code: Pink ballet shoes are required. Leotards, ballet skirts/tutus, and pink or flesh colored tights are recommended. Leggings/athletic pants and a t-shirt/tank top, are a good alternative for boys or girls who don't feel comfortable in a leotard and tights. For boys, black ballet or jazz shoes are required. 

Broadway Babies: ages 4 - 6  |  Saturdays, 10:35 am - 11:25 am | $65 per month

For the kid who wants to try it all, this Musical Theater & Tap Combo Class gives kids a sample of acting, singing, and dancing each week. Take the living room performances to the stage and let your little star shine.

• Dress Code: Black tap shoes AND black jazz shoes are required. Leotards, dance skirts/tutus, and pink or flesh colored tights are recommended. Leggings or athletic pants, and a t-shirt/tank top, are a good alternative for boys or girls who don't feel comfortable in a leotard and tights. 

Kids Ballet: grades 1 - 6  |  Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:50 pm | $75 per month                                 

It’s never too late to start dancing and this is a perfect place to begin. Gain poise, grace, and confidence in a fun and encouraging environment. Beginners will be introduced to the basics while more experienced dancers will be given modifications to challenge themselves.  

• Dress Code: Pink or flesh colored canvas ballet shoes are required. Leotards, ballet skirts/shorts, and pink or flesh colored tights are highly recommended. Leggings or form fitting athletic pants, t-shirt or tank top, are a good alternative for boys or girls who don't feel comfortable in a leotard and tights.  For boys, black or white ballet shoes are required.

The ages/grades listed reflect the age students should be at the beginning of class.  

Ages are a guideline. At the director's discretion students may be placed in a different class that is a better fit for their learning experience. If you are unsure about what class would be the best fit for your child, email us at rpac@reviveperformingarts.com to discuss with the director.
